Abstract
To turn as a political posture of knowledge about the historical and political reality of the peoples of Latin America. A reading of those dominant structures guided by neoliberal positions of power manifested through International Organizations, financial entities and corrupt governments during the last fifty years. The decolonial turn, a revision of its conceptual manifestos, a reading whose purpose is to reposition the spaces of popular discourse. The turn questions the current logic of certain systems of power and tries to offer conceptual elements which enrich and invite to turn with the re-knowledge of history and how to re-think society, and strengthen ideological positions that fight against the misunderstanding of power, generating repressed societies. A path of resistance with a posture that defines "turn-of-colonial-mind" as a response to no more impositions and yes to equity resources.
