Abstract

It is urgent to rethink about the new ontological, epistemological and axiological principles of an educational proposal for our peoples. A pedagogy that accompanies the pluralities of voices and worldviews that contributes to the formation of a subject with a critical conscience that, based on the recognition and affirmation of the other, lays the foundations for a new society. This other pedagogy seeks to question the ideological and political impositions of the hegemonic centers of knowledge and the coloniality of power, building an educational epistemology from the experience of our peoples and their knowledge. A contribution to the consolidation of a pedagogy that contributes to the formation of an autonomous and critical subject capable of relearning to think, feel and act from the intercultural and decolonial to build, from other spaces and fissures (cracks), new forms and styles of life to address the challenges of a world beyond modern Western logic and discourse.
