Abstract
It is a pleasure to present the fourth educational book on happiness management, the result of the collaboration of an important group of professors from prestigious universities in Spain and Latin America. From different points of view, the authors approach the subject of decision making within planning, a fundamental aspect in the daily work, not only of organizations, but of all individuals who in life are faced with various alternatives for the solution of problems that require the adoption of timely and appropriate decisions, which will often define who we are and where we are going.
