This document will present a case of reality, which occurs in many national companies, with respect to the organization of workers, who create a union to look after the interests, benefits and responsibilities of workers, this type of organization can be beneficial or malicious with respect to how the interests are handled, the people involved and the reasons why this organization was created, that is why an analysis will be made of the causes for which this option is taken and how as a company can face and reach a consensus in which all parties involved have a common benefit.
