Abstract
This research presents the design and implementation of a cost-effective radiation detection system using a Geiger-Muller tube. The system includes a high-voltage circuit, nuclear pulse conditioning, and SCADA integration for real-time data acquisition. The design process utilized Proteus for simulation and ensured optimal component layout. Implementation results confirmed the system's reliability and accuracy in detecting gamma radiation, underscoring its importance for environmental monitoring and safety. The system provides an efficient and affordable solution for ionizing radiation detection.
