Abstract

The objective of this research was to analyze how ethics is applied in professionals of all areas when there is some type of legal or illegal consumption, it was based on the study of ethics, and the systematic study of morality such that for the study, the method of compiling texts with bibliographical support with a record of the readings was used, this article took into account some factors that manage to identify the different work environments where they have rules of coexistence and legality of the same, therefore first a study was made ethical and moral analysis, therefore, an ethical study was carried out that analyzes the actions to be taken by the institutions in the face of a problem that is real and palpable in society, this is how it was concluded that each person is free to choose the path that best makes you feel but you must always take care of the responsibility with others and of vital importance the field of professional development that you have must develop it in the most responsible way and always in the margin of legality.
