Abstract
Likewise, Jessica Lourdes Villamar Muñoz, presents the document A reflection on the essence of the educational act, awareness and commitments for personal and citizen transformation by COVID-19, in which she presents some important elements brought about by the transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in Ecuador, evidence of the changes caused, the measures adopted by different government agencies, the dimensions of its scope in daily life and educational activities; in short, she proposes the analysis of various situations and challenges of COVID-19 in the Ecuadorian reality.
