Abstract
The integrative project as a didactic strategy has become a key element for educational innovation. The benefits of this strategy are of the order of the integration of the various subject areas that are worked within the educational system; the resolution of problems through the participation of the person as a whole; and finally, working with others, which requires the development of social skills. Through documentary research, this paper addresses the requirements to achieve better integrative project work and suggests that the elements of integral human formation and cooperative learning are key for the person to be fully committed to the process and to develop the ability to work with others in an appropriate manner.
