Abstract

The impact generated by COVID-19 on world markets brought with it new challenges to the global economy. The accelerated use of technological resources to carry out commercial transactions became the main ally of the markets to mitigate the effects of the pandemic (Mackay-Castro et al., 2023). The role of technology has significantly transformed economic and business processes around the world, where the use of digital tools reveals a competitive landscape in the markets (González, 2021).
