Abstract

The project Casa de la Abuela Jaguar opens the possibility of an encounter and registration with this ancestral knowledge, forgotten by many. There are places in the peninsula of Santa Elena far from the city, where the relationship with nature is still lived in a balanced and respectful way, these women guardians and bearers of ancestral knowledge, are a source of liberation of our memory, our knowledge, feelings and doings, waiting for that connection with nature that makes us one with the universe, aware of the power of our past, responsible for our present and able to dream and build our future.
