Abstract
This research aims to contribute with relevant tax information that characterizes the productive activity developed in the urban parish of El Vecino, a popular, diverse and dynamic space with marked vulnerabilities and strong contrasts. For this purpose, the heterogeneity of the business activity, its constitutive nature, tax incidence in aspects such as the type and class of taxpayers, among others, have been determined. The economic and financial information obtained is interesting at the time of analyzing the relationship between income, costs and expenses, in addition to identifying the business criteria in the management of the cash of the enterprises. Finally, the perception of the quality of service provided by the Internal Revenue Service to users is identified, as well as the scope, cultural incidence and level of compliance with tax duties and obligations.
