Abstract

The process of Cablec to become a subsidiary of General Cable was an arduous development of constant work and deontological policies were implemented in all areas. Since the establishment of quality standards in production processes and in the personal development of workers; as values rooted in the company. Another important point is the environmental ethics of the transnational and health care and welfare of employees, which has led Cablec to be a leading company in the local environment and being one of the dependencies with greater profitability at the level of Latin America.
