Abstract
Bulletin No. 212 of the National Academy of History corresponds to the second semester of 2024. It serves as a platform for the dissemination of historical research and academic activities of the National Academy of History of Ecuador. Thanks to the dedication of distinguished scholars, it has become a prestigious biannual publication. This Bulletin includes the following sections: Articles and Essays, Speeches, Academic Life, Directory, and Publication Guidelines. Issue No. 212 features articles covering a wide range of topics and research spanning various periods of national history, a document in the Academic Life section, and several inaugural and welcome speeches for newly appointed Academicians.
