Abstract
Bulletin No. 211 of the National Academy of History corresponds to the first semester of 2024. It serves as a platform for the dissemination of historical research and the academic activities of the National Academy of History of Ecuador. Thanks to the efforts of distinguished scholars, it has become a prestigious biannual publication. This bulletin includes the following sections: Articles and Essays, Speeches, Academic Life, Directory, and Publication Guidelines. Issue No. 211 features articles covering a wide range of topics and research that spans various periods of national history, a document in the Academic Life section, and several inaugural and welcome speeches for newly appointed Academicians.
