Abstract
Bases for the organization of the university-common good, by Juan Pablo Salgado and José Enrique Juncosa, develops the organizational features of the university common good by combining Ostrom's wager with the vision of the ecosystem organization inspired by Morin's theory of complexity. In this way, he describes the organizational patterns of the Salesian Polytechnic University according to a bottom-up system in which the norm (order) expresses a posteriori the life and decisions dialogued in a continuous and unfinished chaos-order cycle. The position of both authors dialogues with Habermas' communicative theory based on the relationship between life-world and system, questioning the formality of consensus based on an ideal and abstract subject. Finally, the article contrastively describes Luhmann's general systems theory, which inspires organizational and public policy language based on the articulation of systems and subsystems, proposing the opposite top-down organizational model, which denies the dynamics of life and is based on communication as a limitation. based on communication as a constraint.
