Abstract
Learning environments refer to the physical, environmental and social surroundings in which children interact and participate in learning activities. In order to go deeper into the subject of learning environments, it is convenient to refer to the types of environments, as well as to certain aspects of the methodology to be taken into account. These environments should foster integral formation, including cognitive, emotional, social and physical development. Properly designed environments are key factors to stimulate fundamental aspects such as curiosity, creativity, autonomy and motor skills.
