Abstract
The research and development of electronic devices that assist communication, learning and fine motor therapy to people with spastic cerebral palsy is presented, based on the use of an electronic transmitter that connects to the platform of an application developed in Android, in which the patient can communicate using images, pictograms, sounds and animations that an intelligent device can offer. The results obtained corroborated the effectiveness of its operation, making its acceptance in a test group was satisfactory taking into account that the spectral analysis of the beta waves of the brain showed that the patient is developing his psychomotor coordination and communication as he uses the proposed digital assistance.
