Abstract
Axes that favor a reconstruction of Y&AE in the Ecuadorian context. During the last twenty years, Ecuadorian organizations and authorities have questioned the situation of education in different areas, especially the possibility for the Ecuadorian population, without exception, to have access to quality education and, above all, to complete their studies at different levels. The policies implemented by the agencies that govern education in the country seek to optimize the educational system and guarantee better days of life for all the actors in the system, in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution in force since March of this year. established in the Constitution in force since March 2008.
