Abstract
In this document we talk about professional ethics in medicine. That conjugation of values that frame a quality attention inherent to a professional who loves what he does. The chronology of the advances made in medicine for the benefit of humanity is sought in this context, facts that have marked transcendence in the medical field, as well as unpublished testimonies of patients who have lived in situations in which physicians have taken care of the empathy with those who needed them.
