This document will show how the Quality Control department is the basis in a production company and it is for this reason that reach the degree of committing irregularities in the processes of approval of procedures and quality standards controls for production is what customers demand and therefore the company, given that this is an important area that allows to control the ethics of workers to provide security and satisfaction in the finished product to reach the consumer. Ethics, since it is understood as the moral and professional values that should be deprived among the contributors of any discipline regardless of the professional association to which it belongs, it is always of vital importance in a society to seek transparency, therefore the basis for the success of the improvement process in a specific production company is the proper establishment of a good quality control, which can accurately define what is expected from employers, also so the products and services to be provided with satisfaction to customers. The quality control department in a company is the most important area in a production company since it controls the quality of the products, it depends on this department to respect the quality standards created by the company or international standards and the internal or external demands to this department have led them to commit irregularities in the control processes and not to respect their professional ethics. By means of the knowledge of the deontology it could be achieved that all the people that conform the quality control departments recover their ethics as professionals and improve the quality of the different products of the company.
