Abstract

The contributions of this publication are intended to exemplify the different paths available and the possible collaboration between fields of anthropological knowledge that we can sometimes consider totally alien to their field. In other words, it is about summoning knowledge with scientific bases about the human being, either with the point of view in the past, present, or with predictive pretensions. The book is organized by alternating the texts of researchers whose activity takes place in the American and European continents, respectively. This structure is independent of the case studies developed since some seek to solve problems outside the borders of their institutions of residence, others deal with situations of their most direct daily life, or directly result in wide application, regardless of the object of study to which are applied. In other words, the different themes developed by the authors, in which they are specialists, are an excuse with which to justify the heterogeneity of methodologies in anthropological research.
