Abstract
The present paper analyzes the causes and pathways of transition in the seventies of the twentieth century within the capitalist system, from the Global Capitalist Accumulation Model typically Commercial Production - of Keynesian-cutting -, towards the Global Model of Capitalist Accumulation, typically Neo-liberal Financial speculative cutting. Also, the article outlines the elements to take into account to determine the likelihood that the system is at the moment making a new transition, this time from the Capitalist Accumulation Model Global Financial Speculative typically cut, into a new Model Neoliberal Global typically Capitalist Accumulation Commercial Production with Neo Keynesian types external coatings.
