Abstract
This research analyzes the introduction of new technologies, the way in which globalization has acted to increase the use of new ways of buying, familiarization with electronic commerce and the frequent use of mobile applications to carry out various daily activities in the smartphones, the main objective is to analyze the level of customer satisfaction when using mobile applications to request food or taxi service, the selected methodology is the completion of questionnaires and the application of the Likert scale to measure satisfaction (1) Not at all satisfactory – (5) Very satisfactory, the universe of the investigation was integrated by the total population of the city of Cuenca, Urban Population, economically active population, Population of (20-60) years, households that have access to Internet, people who use the Internet, people who have a smartphone, frequency of use of the Smartp hone (at least once a week). The analysis gave as a result that in general the population is very satisfied with the service that the companies provide, for various reasons, which is why home orders are increasing progressively, having 1 application for each service that has the highest positioning. than others on the market. The high presence of both national and international companies was verified.
