Abstract
This event, which is born from the academic alliance between CIESPAL AND FELFACS, has as its primary objective to promote permanent links for the ex-change of knowledge, philosophies and experiences with a view to the year 2030. It will be the stage for debate in which highly prestigious keynote speakers will share their knowledge and experiences in the field of communication, among them will be: César Bolaño, who will be in charge of opening the congress, we will also have the participation of Claudia Villamayor, Mauricio Ferraris, Raquel Paiva, Manuel Chaparro, Erick Torrico and Gabriel Kaplún , among others.
