Abstract
This paper presents the process of design, mathematical analysis and numerical simulation on a graphene style pencil to obtain the graphological characteristics used for a psychological analysis. For the process of structural analysis and selection of optimal material alternatives, CAD-CAE finite element computational tools are used with the analysis of parameters such as; deformation, type of mesh and material, loads and constraints. Considering the three proposed designs, it has been established by means of weighting parameters that the best option for the construction of the prototype is a three-sided polyhedron.
