Abstract
This research begins from the search to improve the conditions and processes that contribute to optimizing the performance in companies based on the influence of human talent as a dynamic element of the results. The general objective is to demonstrate the relationship between the organizational environment and employee satisfaction in the financial institutions of the Guayas province. The research was basic with a quantitative approach, correlational scope, non-experimental and cross-sectional, while the applied technique was the survey through Trust Índex reagents with twenty-eight items adapted on a Likert scale to a stratified random sample of 371 people who they work in financial institutions. An exploratory factor analysis was applied with the principal component extraction method with VARIMAX rotation, the reliability was 0.967 through Cronbach's Alpha and the instrument was validated by expert judgment. The dimensions of the organizational environment were credibility, respect, impartiality, camaraderie, and pride, and for the variable job satisfaction were considered: retention of talent and development in the company. The organizational environment was shown to have a positive, moderate, and strong relationship on job satisfaction through Spearman's Rho; It is considered that there is a significant consensus that the work environment is equal to the quality of work life and has a great influence on the behavior and performance of the employee, this clearly influences the satisfaction of the employee and the objective of the financial institutions of the Guayas provinc.
