Abstract
For their part, Jessica Lourdes Villamar Muñoz and José Alcides Baldeón Rosero, present the story A reflection on access to connectivity and technological resources, in which they propose to answer questions such as the following: what are the cries (realities and needs) that students from vulnerable contexts have? how can we reduce the gap that arises when our target groups do not have, nor do they have the technological inputs to respond to their educational process? What strategies or resources should be integrated or innovated to include so that students develop and strengthen the learning outcomes and express the achievement indicators proposed in the various subjects? What is the commitment that teachers and the educational institution should assume to ensure continuity in this complex context and avoid dropout?.
