Abstract
In a constitutional State, the supremacy of the Constitution is fundamentalto guarantee the protection of constitutional rights andthe separation of powers. Therefore, it is essential that all organswith regulatory power, adapt their provisions to the Constitution and theinternational human rights instruments. The theory of constitutionality control is directly relatedwith the concept of the Constitution and is essential in a democracyconstitutional. This control allows reviewing the constitutionality of normscoming from different bodies, such as laws, decrees, ordinances, regulations,administrative acts with general effects, among others.
