Abstract

This work presents a solution to the absence of automation in the registration of information and location of small water treatment plants located in communities far from urban centers in Ecuador called “Juntas de Agua,” the development of a mobile and Web application with the aim of recording information from said boards using geolocation and cloud storage technologies. For the development, the requirements that the tools to be developed must meet were established, continuing with the deployment of the general architecture of the system that allows interpreting in a more legible way how the services communicate with each other and their global operation. An application was obtained that met all the requirements raised, allowing the user to upload, edit, delete, and consult information about the “Juntas de Agua” in Ecuador.
