This publication shares a series of informative notes, some of a scientific nature, others focused on economic, legal, political, social, and ecological aspects, for which not only Ecuador but other countries of the world should be a country free of transgenics. We have also included some notes on the struggles carried out by the populations, the ordinary people who do not want more transgenics, either because they have already lived the experience of living in the middle of soya or transgenic corn plantations, because they have been fumigated, have sick children or neighbors, or because their native corn has been contaminated.
