Project Details
Description
This project focuses on systematizing the experience of Student Counseling Departments (DCEs) to address emerging psychosocial and behavioral issues in educational institutions, responding to curricular demands that prioritize socialization and comprehensive human formation beyond cognitive aspects. Initial diagnostic research revealed significant socialization problems, manifested as peer violence, non-compliance with rules, and low motivation, linked to conceptual complexities such as ego inhibition and students' feelings of abandonment. The methodology used is action-participation research, structured in four phases: Diagnosis, Intervention, Validation, and Final Systematization. The intervention centers on developing the 'ego' as the articulator of subjectivity and social bonds, utilizing a dynamic psychological theoretical framework. Actions are distributed across clinical, educational, social, and labor areas, including case diagnosis, focal therapy, follow-up, and the development of psycho-pedagogical programs. The ultimate goal is to generate an optimal functioning model for the DCE that provides effective technical and diagnostic tools to manage conduct that causes distress and to enhance the construction of identity references in students.

Goal:
To strengthen and systematize the practical experience of Student Counseling Departments (DCEs) by identifying new intervention models and implementing technical and diagnostic tools to optimize their role in the comprehensive formation of students.

Research lines:
nan
