General objective Study the sociocultural, socioeconomic, and socioenvironmental changes that have occurred in the territories where community irrigation system technification projects were implemented by the Undersecretary of Irrigation and Drainage, through the application of social, environmental, and economic indicators, in such a way as to strengthen the approach of community management and management of irrigation systems and is directed towards its sustainability.
