Description
This research project addresses the insufficiency of studies explicitly linking the organizational culture of higher education institutions (HEIs) with teaching practices and learning outcomes in the classroom. Inspired by classic theoretical frameworks on organizational culture (Denison, Schein, Mintzberg), the study aims to move beyond mere correlation identified in previous research. The main objective is twofold: first, to characterize the culture of HEIs through their discourses and objectification levels; and second, to explore and determine how these cultural processes translate into motivational components that directly impact classroom practices, either facilitating or hindering student learning and overall institutional development. A mixed methodology will be implemented, integrating quantitative and qualitative approaches to achieve a deep, multifaceted understanding of the cultural phenomenon.

Goal:
To verify the existence of a causal relationship between the expression and management of organizational culture in higher education institutions and the underlying cultural structure that motivates classroom teaching practices and defines university development levels.

Research lines:
Social responsibility, redistribution of wealth, human talent and quality of life
