The 'Study of Burnout in Industrial Sectors of Ecuador' (EBSIE) project addresses professional burnout syndrome as a critical occupational health and safety issue. Given the demanding working conditions, long hours, and high pressure within the Ecuadorian industrial sector, this research seeks to determine the prevalence of burnout and its relationship with demographic and psychographic variables.
The methodology employs a quantitative approach using electronic surveys managed through the QuestionPro platform, complemented by expert interviews. Data analysis is conducted using advanced statistical tools such as SPSS, allowing for descriptive, correlational, and discriminant examination of the identified risk factors.
Expected outcomes include the publication of six indexed scientific articles, the generation of recommendations for labor policies, and the design of prevention programs. The project's impact focuses on improving the physical and mental well-being of workers, reducing absenteeism and staff turnover, and fostering healthier and more productive work environments in the country.

Goal:
Analyze the prevalence of burnout syndrome across various industrial sectors in Ecuador to identify risk factors and propose improvement strategies.
