General objective Analyze the influence of the provisions issued by the state in the framework of the health emergency by COVID 19 at the level of production processes on the farm, in the processing in dairy SMEs, transport, marketing and consumption of milk and derivatives in order to generate information that contributes to decision making that protects the dairy chain of Ecuador. · Identify changes in milk production levels at the farm level, as well as in quality parameters through laboratory analysis, interviews and documentary review of production records of the community collection centers of Paquiestancia and Cariacu. · Determine the effects of compliance with the restrictions, requirements or notifications made by State entities to dairy SMEs in the processing, transportation and marketing of their products by conducting interviews with the owners. · Determine the level of affectation in the supply, and consumption of milk and derivatives by type through online surveys of consumers in the cities of Quito, Guayaquil and Cuenca.
