Project Details

Description

General objective The main objective of this research is to develop fault-tolerant (self-healing) monitoring, diagnosis and control strategies for electrical distribution networks with distributed generation and renewable energy sources, to improve system reliability. The main functions of this technique are: automatic fault detection, diagnosis and mitigation. The microgrid may operate independently or be connected to the main grid.
