General objective
...Analyze the scope and limit of the process of educational inclusion in UPS, in order to design a proposal to strengthen the process applicable to the reality of UPS headquarters in Ecuador.
Justification
The research process will be governed by ethical criteria aimed at respecting the right to participate or not in the research voluntarily. On the other hand, the person will be informed about the importance of personal contribution in the collection of information, its usefulness and the way in which the information will be handled.
