This project aims to develop and promote Salesian values and identity within the academic community of the UPS. It seeks to create an educational strategy based on the Salesian Preventive System to foster integral development. The project involves theoretical exploration, strategy design, and impact assessment through fieldwork and qualitative research. Expected outcomes include scientific publications and the enhancement of soft skills among faculty and staff.

Goals:
Address the theoretical bases and references that support the development of the pedagogy of the Salesian Preventive System.
Design an educational strategy that, from the pedagogy of the Salesian Preventive System, allows carrying out the integral development and promotion of Salesian values and identity in the academic community of the UPS.
Assess the implementation process of the educational strategy from the pedagogy of the Salesian Preventive System and its impact on the integral development and promotion of Salesian values and identity in the academic community of the UPS.
