Phytochemical and Biological Activity Research of the Essential Oil from the Bark of the Ishpink Species or Quixos

Project Details

Description

General objective To evaluate in a general way the chemical and biological properties of the essential oil from the bark of the Ocotea quixos. Justification This research will seek to assess an alternative matrix within the same plant species, contrasting its medicinal and chemical potential with those already studied in past years (flower and leaf oils), complementing the knowledge of ishpink and proposing to the international scientific community a new chemical and pharmacological matrix.
