Perspectives and Expectations of Parents Regarding the Educational Service of CIBVs in the Cantons of Otavalo and Cayambe (Phase 1)

This project focuses on the systematization of results from previous research theses that examined the perspectives and expectations of parents regarding the quality of educational services provided to their children in Child and Family Development Centers (CIBV) located in indigenous communities within the cantons of Otavalo and Cayambe. The identified problem is that these research findings have remained in the results presentation phase without a formal reflection process or the formulation of concrete proposals for dissemination and implementation. The main objective is to transform this raw data into actionable knowledge. Through a rigorous analysis of the collected data, the goal is to identify key patterns in parental perceptions of educational quality. The expected outcome is the generation of concrete, evidence-based improvement proposals that can be implemented to optimize the intercultural bilingual educational service offered in these centers, ensuring that community expectations are met.<br/><br/><b>Goal</b>: <br/>To analyze the perspectives and expectations of parents regarding the educational service received by children from indigenous communities in CIBVs in the cantons of Otavalo and Cayambe, by systematizing research thesis results to develop improvement proposals.<br/><br/><b>Research lines</b>: <br/>Indigenous language, education and interculturality
