Project Details
Description
This project addresses the need for ubiquitous learning environments that adapt to student requirements within the current context, characterized by the proliferation of electronic devices, wireless technologies, and omnipresent Internet access. The main goal is to design and implement an intelligent learning platform that fosters collaboration and the spontaneous creation of learning networks, extending the classroom beyond its physical boundaries. The methodology involves an exhaustive study of the state-of-the-art in knowledge management, artificial intelligence, and educational technology. Subsequently, the design of the layers for the platform, named OPPIA, will be undertaken, followed by the modular implementation of its components. Finally, rigorous testing and adjustments will be performed to ensure system functionality. The solution seeks to capitalize on unlimited access to digital resources to support social and collaborative learning, overcoming traditional space-time limitations.

Goal:
To design and implement an intelligent learning environment aimed at stimulating collaborative learning processes and facilitating the formation of sporadic learning networks within a context of technological ubiquity.

Research lines:
Telematics
