General objective
To analyze the occupational psychosocial risk factors in the teaching, administrative and service staff of the Universidad Politécnica Salesiana Sede Quito, in order to generate a comprehensive prevention and intervention program and thus promote well-being and quality of life at work, during the years 2018-2020.
