Description
This project focuses on creating a foundational technology platform for the emerging Smart Cities paradigm, addressing the governmental priority of improving quality of life and efficient resource management. The main goal is to design and implement an Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructure that integrates networks of sensors and actuators to gather and manage critical information across domains such as health, environment, and energy. The proposed solution aims to establish initial test cells for investigating specific applications, including smart parking and renewable energy systems. Development will be managed using the Scrum agile methodology, prioritizing continuous value delivery, ensuring flexibility to market changes, and maximizing Return on Investment (ROI).
