Project Details
Description
This research project analyzes the influence of emotional and economic salary on the occupational well-being of employees within a private company in Quito. Faced with issues such as high turnover, burnout syndrome, and lack of motivation, the study seeks to understand how the combination of tangible and intangible compensation affects staff satisfaction and engagement.
The methodology is quantitative, using structured surveys and interviews to collect data on employee perceptions. Statistical analyses will be applied to determine the strength and direction of the relationships between compensation variables and overall well-being.
Expected results include the publication of a scientific article indexed in Scopus and the integration of findings into Human Talent Management academic curricula. The project aims to provide organizations with practical tools to design more effective compensation policies, thereby improving the work environment and talent retention.

Goal:
To comprehensively examine the relationship between emotional salary, economic salary, and the occupational well-being of employees in a private company.
