This project addresses the issue of labor exclusion and precariousness faced by young people (18-29 years old) in Ecuador, particularly social science graduates, who experience a disconnect between their education and opportunities in the adult-centric labor market. The research aims to understand the employment expectations of these students and graduates, given their low visibility and recognition, despite their high level of training and potential participation in social change processes. The Ecuadorian context is marked by youth social subordination, gender discrimination in employment, and a business culture prioritizing cost reduction over integrating new generations. The proposed methodology is predominantly qualitative, ethnographic, and participatory, incorporating Action Research (IAP) and innovative techniques such as ethnographic workshops and everyday theater. The ultimate goal is to generate collectively validated knowledge to propose strategies that effectively link social science education with the needs of the productive and public sectors, overcoming the current invisibility of these professionals.<br/><br/><b>Goal</b>: <br/>To identify the labor expectations of final-year students and graduates in social sciences in Ecuador to increase their public visibility and recognition in the job market.<br/><br/><b>Research lines</b>: <br/>nan
