This project addresses the challenge of efficiently directing the university educational process under virtual conditions, driven by changes in the training context. It seeks to answer the question of how to professionalize future leaders in science and technology under this new juncture, where technology plays a preponderant role. The research is based on the need to rethink the teaching performance model, aligning with international agreements on inclusive and equitable education (SDG Goal 4 2030) and national guidelines. A mixed-methods approach (quantitative and interpretive) will be used under the applied research modality, employing participatory action research and an explanatory field design at the Guayaquil campus. The methodology combines theoretical methods (analytic-synthetic, historical-logical) and empirical methods (observation, document analysis, interview, survey), following a deductive-inductive vision and a cross-sectional design that includes diagnosis, grounding, proposal, result, and evaluation to ensure practical short-term outcomes.<br/><br/><b>Goal</b>: <br/>The main objective is to determine how to efficiently contribute to the formation of students as future professionals in the current context of higher education, characterized by virtuality, by rethinking the teaching performance model.<br/><br/><b>Research lines</b>: <br/>Education and technologies
