Description

This project addresses current challenges in implementing STEAM education, such as the lack of teacher training and resource scarcity, through the application of Educational Engineering. The proposed approach seeks to design, implement, and evaluate pedagogical strategies that effectively integrate Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. The methodology is structured in three stages: a bibliometric analysis of the state of the art, the experimental development of ICT-supported pedagogical strategies, and an evaluation of the model's impact using data analysis tools. It aims to foster key 21st-century competencies such as critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving. Expected outcomes include the publication of indexed scientific articles and improvements in student academic performance. The project, led by the Master's in ICT for Education, has a national and international scope, benefiting the educational community in Quito and promoting sustainability and inclusion in learning.<br/><br/><b>Goal</b>: <br/>Design an Innovative Learning model in STEAM Education through Educational Engineering, considering a comprehensive approach.
