This project aims to elevate the daily operational activities of university management to a level of formal scientific research. Through a mixed methodological approach, key processes such as the organization of international congresses, the management of community outreach projects, faculty research training, and the planning of graduate programs will be systematized. The central problem addressed is the lack of visibility and systematic analysis of these practices, which often remain as tacit or scattered knowledge within the institution.
The proposed solution involves documenting, analyzing, and characterizing these experiences to turn them into objects of study. By formalizing this knowledge, the university will not only optimize its operations and efficiency but also generate high-value scientific products, such as indexed articles and conference papers. This process will allow for the capitalization of accumulated experience, facilitating the replicability of successful models and strengthening the institutional research culture.
As a result, the project expects to improve the university's academic visibility, optimize resource allocation, and foster a culture of continuous improvement based on evidence.
