This project addresses the critical lack of adapted educational programs in Ecuador aimed at children and adolescents with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities concerning sexual violence prevention and self-care. This population is significantly more vulnerable to violence, underscoring the urgency for accessible solutions. The initiative stems from a strategic alliance between the UNESCO Chair on Assistive Technologies for Educational Inclusion at the Salesian Polytechnic University, the Azuay Cerebral Palsy Institute (IPCA), and the HOPE Foundation. The core focus is the development and implementation of multisensory and universally accessible educational resources. The technological solution includes creating educational videos, serious games (web and mobile), and human body models equipped with electronic sensors. These materials are designed to match the specific cognitive language of the target population, thereby improving their access to vital health and safety information. Furthermore, the project incorporates the teaching of STEM methodology, seeking an integral impact on the beneficiaries' quality of life and empowerment.<br/><br/><b>Goal</b>: <br/>To improve access for children and adolescents with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities to adapted educational content regarding sexual violence prevention and self-care, utilizing videos, serious games, and sensor-based models.
