Implementation and Evaluation of a Computer Tool Based on Knowledge Graphs, Artificial Vision Algorithms and Mobile Applications for the Promotion of Healthy Eating in Ecuadorian Young Adults

General objective The objective of the project is to implement and evaluate a knowledge graph on nutritional information that, through a mobile application, facilitates the recognition and understanding of the nutritional information of processed and ultra-processed products to guide the consumption of healthy foods in young Ecuadorian adults.
